With this album I decided it was time to really start focusing on singing on key, changing melodies, and the range of my voice. I also decided to not really care about it having hit songs even if they do become big. I remember asking myself, "Is this what I want to perform"? I was inspired by artists I don't usually listen to such as K.Michelle, Muse, Kehlani, etc. I wanted to sing about history and music that makes me feel alive. I decided to challenge myself (and trust me it was a struggle) but in the end it came out a Miracle.
